On The Rocks Bartending was formed by Amanda Thomas in 2017. She is a veteran to the market and has worked since 2000 in the bar and catering industry. Having worked for many years for someone else, Amanda decided this was the year to do it for herself and showcase all of her skills and knowledge. No event is too small or too large for us!
